Refunds & Delivery

What you are buying

A paid reading is a digital product. It unlocks your conversation for further questions and generates a written report from your computed birth chart. There is nothing physical to ship.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. As soon as we verify your payment with the gateway, the conversation unlocks and the written reading begins generating. It is usually ready within a minute, and appears under My Readings in your account.

If the reading has not appeared within an hour, it has failed rather than slowed down. Tell us and we will regenerate it or refund you.

Refunds

We refund in full when

• Money left your account but the reading never unlocked
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• The reading failed to generate and we could not produce it on a retry
• You were charged after an account was closed at your request

The first two we also catch on our own: a scheduled reconciliation checks for payments that were taken but never fulfilled, and completes or reverses them without you having to ask.

We do not refund when

• The reading was delivered and you disagree with what it says. Astrology is interpretation. Disagreeing with a reading is a normal outcome, not a defect.
• You gave incorrect birth details. The chart is computed from what you entered. You can correct your details and we will regenerate the reading once, free, if you ask within 7 days.
• The free questions included with the unlock have been used.

How to ask

Write to help@astromitra.app with the transaction ID. You can find it under Payments in your account — it is the same reference your bank or UPI app shows.

We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent back through Razorpay to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

There is no subscription here and nothing renews. Every payment is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel — simply stop buying.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by writing to us. Deleting an account does not automatically refund past purchases.
